1.景點距離及交通便利度：省下交通時間就有更多時間玩啦！

2.價格：一分錢一分貨沒錯，不過如果是同一家飯店的話在HOTELS.COM訂的話訂貴了還能退價差！沒在怕的！（這點超棒！）

3.附加服務及設施設備：例如免費wifi/泳池/健身房/早餐/盥洗用具，care這些的人建議在找房時注意一下喔！

4.實際評價：最怕住到就是圖文不符的，這真的會壞了興致，除了去google看有沒有人住過之外，HOTELS.COM也會有實際住過的房客評價也是可以納入考量範圍喔！

Offering a sun terrace and views of the mountain, Breeze Hotspring MRT, Taipei is situated in Taipei in the Taipei Municipality Region, 600 metres from New Beitou Hot Spring.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Some units include a seating area where you can relax. Enjoy a cup of tea while looking out at the garden or city. All rooms have a private bathroom. Extras include slippers, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Offering free private parking, this homestay also features free WiFi throughout the property.

蝶戀花旅行社武陵賞櫻團日前在國5發生重大車禍，造成33死11傷，經調查確定出事的遊覽車為蝶戀花旅行社所有，靠行在友力通運公司名下。由於這輛車登記在友力通運名下，友力須負起管理責任，因此交通部公路總局近3日到友力通運公司稽查，16日確認有管理疏失。公路總局表示，17日將廢止友力通運的營業執照，旗下130輛遊覽車的牌照也將加以吊銷。

台灣在經歷一連串食安風暴後，更加重視食品的安全與品質，義美食品投資超過10億元，在雲林斗六工業區建設自動化生產工廠，預計在2018年3月完成，Q2正式啟用生產，預計可創造250多個就業機會。

義美食品在雲林縣斗六工業區投資10多億元，建設一座自動化豆類、奶類、及茶飲料生產工廠，新工廠委託雲林在地營造廠大地營造建設，新廠房廠區土地面積5445坪，建築面積8037坪，將興建一棟「地下1層、地上4層」的嶄新食品廠。

義美表示，廠房主建築預計在2018年3月完成，2018年第2季正式生產，未來可創造在地就業機會250人以上，預期生產產品項目涵蓋牛奶產品、豆奶相關產品、茶飲料產品、及豆類製品，預期可帶動使用雲林縣農牧產品，以及食品製造業及相關下游產業的發展。

此外，義美指出，這個工廠也將申請為「觀光工廠」，帶動當地休閒觀光發展，未來也會有第二期擴建工程的計畫，在廠房興建完成後，將積極綠化廠區空地，美化工業區環境，響應環保。
